Any tips on moving a hot tub filled with ice, or simply emptying it, without damaging it?

We have friends who are giving it to us free, but is the dead of winter in Utah, and we want it moved in one piece! also, it is not wired in any more, so there is no way to plug it in to thaw the ice. Thanks!!
