Is there any chance that DB Woodside (Wayne Palmer) will return to 24 in season 8.?

It would be nice to bring back at least Wayne Palmer since they killed off David Palmer. So far there are no talks about bringing his character back but it's still early. I know the writers/producers have just recently announced some new cast characters, so I'm sure that nothing is set in stone yet.
