Rate my Yu-Gi-Oh Deck?

Sekuretsu Armor and Monster Reborn. I don't think they're exspensive. However, No offense but, you'll NEVER really be that good @ it if you only stick with cheap cards. I really hate being one who some something mean but, usually, rare/good cards are NOT in cheap decks. They just usually have plane cards. not bad but not good either. I'm probably not going to get a best A, I'm just giving some advise.
