Are these symptoms of pregnany?

in november i had unprotected with my boyfriend and in december i skipped my period then for january and febuary it came at different times then this month i skipped my period,my period used to be regular now ive noticed things like the smells of eggs ,sandwiches e.t.c keep making me feel like im gonna get sick, i feel bloated the whole time, moodswings to my boyfriend and getting really emotional. my are soooo sore and feel heavy and getting veiny my even look brused at the bottom, even my bra irritated them,the other day when i lyed down in bed i felt a wierd felling in my stomach as if something turned , i keep peeing but in january i had 3 negative tests , my face keeps warming up randomly, and i keep getting aches and pains in my neck,top back and lower back. my stomach feels so wierd im getting a tiny bit of nauseous but im not pucking am i pregnant or is there something wrong with my hormones ? :) thank you
