Is Barack Obama the final piece of evidence that affirmative action has failed?

We know he was elected by white women who fantasize about black men and whites full of some fictional guilt, but know we see what a screwup he really is. So should be get rid of all affirmative action? I mean, if Obama can't function when we give him an artificial leg up, isn't anyone else who receives this handout doomed to fail as well?
