Which casino table game is easier to win? BlackJack? Poker? Craps?
If you are playing against the house, all of them are almost guaranteed for you to lose in the long run...the best you can hope for is single-deck blackjack where, with proper strategy and card counting, you can reduce the house edge to less than 2%. Now poker against other players (as opposed to a table game against the house like Caribbean Poker, etc.) is a different story, as there's no house edge to overcome. Additionally, in poker the elements of bluffing, reading opponents, betting strategies and so forth come into play, which reduces the impact of chance further.
