Smackdown vs raw 2011 stopped working!?

i have svr 2011 for 360. i bought it last tuesday, the same day it was released. i was playing it on friday with my cousin and all of a sudden it froze up after our match. so i restarted the xbox. it still didnt work. so i tried one more time. the screen where it shows trademarks and all that had a bunch of colorful dots all over it. so i took the game out & looked at it. i has a ring aound the middle. its in the shape of like a c. as it aint closed fully. im gonna take it back because there is nooooo way im gonna pay 60 bucksd on something that breaks in 5 days. does anyone have the same problem and what may have caused this to happen? i dont think no i know uit isnt from opver use because i have school all day and i only get to play like 2-3 hours a day. and i have it for 4 or five days then it messed up. i played gta and svr 10 and other games oooooo much and it never got a ring. ive had san anfreas for ps2 for 5 years and it still works perfectly fine.let me add, that i know it isnt my xbox 360 console because i was able to play saints row & 2010 perfectly fine. its just 2011 that messes up.thanks to anyone who can answer this question. :)
