Care of morning Glory's?

I planted morning glory's from seed 4 weeks ago. The plant is climbing to about 3 feet tall on my brick wall outside but I see NO flowers yet. When will they produce flowers? I live in the Philippines so I get high temperatures, morning sun and I water every day or the leaves will wilt.
