Computer programs that my ex husband installed.....?

My ex husband installed the following programs on my computer and I want to know which ones are worth keeping on here and which ones I can delete. AusLogics Disk Defragment, Tweak Genie, Zone Alarm by Check Point, Big Fix, CC Cleaner, Software995.com. Also, everytime I try to download IE7, it does not work. Could any of these programs be causing a problem? Thanks!!
