Has Yahoo Answers become a place of hate and slander?

Seriously. I see alot of negative posts and questions on here. About race, personal appearance, rumors and propaganda that's just not true ETC. Has Yahoo Answers become a breeding place for hate speech and slander? Just want some opinions. Thanx.
