Isn't Tsunade sort of indirectly related to Naruto?

ok i know that seems a little odd but think about it... tsunade is the first hokage's granddaughter right? well the first hokage's wife was a part of the uzumaki clan ... and so that means her and kushina were both in the same clan.. and she is blood related to tsunade and arent all the clans' members technically blood related to eachother? so like ... doesnt that mean tsunade is kinda related to naruto in a way..? cuz tsunade is her granddaughter and then ... idk just wondering its a little hard for me to fully comprehend plz answer lol ty
