Seeking reurance and advice about toddler behaviour?

If it is a one-off thing I wouldn't worry about it. She probably just had a lot thrown at her... lack of sleep, recovering from sickness, potty training and was having a bad day. Everyone is entitled to one of those. You're pregnant and just extra sensitive about it.
