I recently learned how to do an ollie (a good one). However, the very next day (today) after I was doing great ollies, I somehow "forgot" how to do them now? So when I try to do a moving ollie like yesterday, it's nowhere near as high and as clean as yesterday's ollies? How do i forget how to do them so fast? Why am i getting worse all of a sudden when i'm supposed to be getting better after practice? and how am i suposed to "relearn" what i learned yesterday??
