This dream was too crazy?

It's a dream, which I hardly ever have. I was on top and completely enjoying it, so much so that I was able to get myself to that first stage of and hold onto it - I was waiting for him to get there and we would finish together. At one point his head was missing, but there wasn't a hole or any blood or exposed spinal cord, just solid skin. He was sitting up and I was using the top of his torso as a chin rest. After awhile he told me to talk to him (his head was back). I could hardly breathe, so it was hard to talk. I was able to say "oh yes.....I can't believe......how good......your **** feels....". Suddenly he went limp and I felt it slide out. Since I was still on the brink, I looked at him and asked "did you come?" He said "no. But we need to have twice a day now. Once non-consentual and the other one consentual." I got extremely pissed and said "WHAT! Non-consentual?? What the ****!" He said "well the other one will be", real matter-of-fact. I let out another string of curses, and he was still trying to talk to me but I was out of the bed and collecting my clothes and saying "**** you, that's bull ****" and left. I started laughing when I woke up and remembered this, because if he had said something like that in real life it would've craked me up. So I don't know why I got so angry? I wasn't even mad about not climaxing in the dream, I was just...mad! Any suggestions on this?
