What is the cartoon christmas movie called about a little red christmas ornament named Noel?

Yes it is called NOEL. I love that show I just posted a comment about it at another website. I only saw NOEL once. It was shown on ABC Family station many years ago. I love Noel and his story. I cried when he broke.
